Anxiety & Depression

 

Common Signs of Anxiety

  • Feeling nervous, restless or tense

  • Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom

  • Increased heart rate, breathing rapidly, sweating, or trembling

  • Feeling weak or tired, trouble sleeping

  • Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry

Common Signs of Depression

  • Feeling sad, tearful, empty, hopeless or suicidal thoughts

  • Angry outbursts, irritability, frustration, anxiety, or agitation

  • Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities sports

  • Trouble sleeping, including too much or too little, tired and lack energy

  • Significant weight loss or gain

  • Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements, or trouble concentrating

  • Feelings of worthlessness, guilt, or self-blame

  • Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches
